What you will study
ABP Postgraduate qualifications are designed to meet a range of different needs. ABP Postgraduate qualifications offer opportunity to certificate smaller blocks of learning which are designed to motivate learners and encourage widening participation in education and training; opportunities for learners to develop skills that support career and professional development; programmes that can enable progression either to higher levels of study or to other courses at the same level of study.
Within the ABP Postgraduate Diploma in Information Systems Applications Development there are five modules, each of which lasting 200 hours.
Unit 1: Object Oriented Programming
Unit 2: Systems Development Methodologies
Unit 3: Data Analysis and Design
Unit 4: Database Management Systems
Unit 5: Professional Issues
Unit 6: Research Skills
Entry Requirements:
The minimum entry requirement of this course is a Bachelors Degree equivalent to that of UK University in any business related subjects. English proficiency is essential preferably IELTS 6.5 score or equivalent. Two years of work experience is preferable. The entry requirement for applicants is reviewed regularly in relation to the demand for places.

Progression:
Successful candidates will obtain ABP PgD INAD which is acceptable by the University with 105 credits and students can apply for a Top Up at selective Universities which includes The University of Gloucestershire and Anglia Ruskin University.
